- Experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
- Proven success coaching and developing front-of-house teams
- Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and cost awareness
- Familiarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Partner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operations
- Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Support restaurant goals through effective scheduling and labor management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
- Participate in training, special events, and company initiatives that strengthen team culture
