Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years as a lead, head, or general manager operational manager in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- Competent knowledge of wines and spirits including varietals and production methods
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, online reservation management systems, and point of sales systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of property management cashiering procedures
- Ability to understand basic math and comprehend budgeting issues
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on feet for long periods
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles or golf carts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including reservations management, seating arrangements, service standards, facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage cost of goods sold, inventories, and order supplies
- Schedule and manage labor to meet guest volume and labor budgets
- Communicate company-wide internal information to the dining room team
- Attend weekly food and beverage leadership and group meetings
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and development
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to meet and exceed service standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Lead teams during service to uphold service standards
- Address guest feedback and experience concerns professionally and promptly
- Manage labor, alcohol, and operations budgets
- Review daily financial reports to ensure labor and revenue goals are met
