Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years as lead or general manager in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- Competent knowledge of wines and spirits including varietals and production methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily front-of-house operations including reservations management and seating arrangements
- Manage cost control including inventory and supply ordering
- Schedule and manage labor to meet guest volume and budget needs
- Communicate company-wide information to the dining room team
- Attend food and beverage leadership meetings
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to meet service standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Lead service teams to maintain service excellence
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Manage labor, alcohol, and operations budgets
- Review daily financial reports to meet labor and revenue goals
