Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of leadership experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely

Job Qualifications

  • Four or more years as a lead, head, or general manager operational manager in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
  • Competent knowledge of wines and spirits including varietals and production methods
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience with online reservation management and point of sale systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers
  • Knowledge and understanding of property management cashiering procedures
  • Ability to understand basic math and budgeting issues

Job Duties

  • Lead and assist front-of-house operations in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
  • Oversee reservations management, seating arrangements, service standards, and facility cleanliness
  • Manage inventories, order supplies, and schedule labor to meet guest volume and budget
  • Communicate company-wide information to the dining room team
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to meet Blackberry Farm service standards
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
  • Address guest feedback and ensure service excellence
  • Manage labor, alcohol, and operational budgets
  • Review daily financial reports and ensure revenue goals are met
