Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three or more years experience managing Food and Beverage or Front of House in upscale environments
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull for extended periods
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for communication and management
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Culinary diploma or associates degree highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Graduation from culinary school or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in culinary or apprenticeship programs preferred
  • Three or more years managing Food and Beverage or Front of House in upscale environments
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for communication and management
  • Strong manual dexterity for kitchen equipment use
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks continuously

Job Duties

  • Enhance the resident dining experience through exceptional management and training
  • Coordinate culinary and dining operations across multiple venues
  • Uphold service standards consistent with community philosophies
  • Manage and train Front of House employees in fine dining service
  • Oversee special events and private functions dining services
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on community dining practices
  • Ensure timely, courteous, and professional service delivery
