Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three or more years experience managing Food and Beverage or Front of House in upscale environments
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull for extended periods
- Ability to read, write and understand English for communication and management
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen utensils and equipment
- Culinary diploma or associates degree highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred
- Graduation from culinary school or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in culinary or apprenticeship programs preferred
- Three or more years managing Food and Beverage or Front of House in upscale environments
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for communication and management
- Strong manual dexterity for kitchen equipment use
- Physical ability to perform required tasks continuously
Job Duties
- Enhance the resident dining experience through exceptional management and training
- Coordinate culinary and dining operations across multiple venues
- Uphold service standards consistent with community philosophies
- Manage and train Front of House employees in fine dining service
- Oversee special events and private functions dining services
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on community dining practices
- Ensure timely, courteous, and professional service delivery
