Job Duties
- Running the dining room day-to-day making sure service is smooth, fast, and friendly
- Hiring and training new staff, and building a reliable schedule that supports the whole team
- Keeping things clean, safe, and up to health standards
- Jumping in to solve customer issues and make sure guests leave happy
- Working with the kitchen to time service and keep things moving efficiently
