Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to work various schedules
  • 6 months to one year of food service or restaurant experience
  • previous host or hostess and OpenTable experience in a five-star restaurant is a plus
  • demonstrated excellent public contact skills
  • must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and supervisors
  • ability to maintain standards of service

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with five-star hospitality and courtesy standards
  • oversee seating and server rotation when seating guests
  • verify and make reservations via OpenTable
  • maintain a waiting list when necessary
  • perform other duties as required to exceed guests' expectations in a five-star dining environment
