Job Duties
- Create legendary first impressions by warmly welcoming guests and efficiently managing seating arrangements
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, provide menus, and ensure the dining room remains tidy and prepared for new arrivals
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Assist guests with any initial questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with serving staff to facilitate a smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- Handle busy dining periods with multitasking and teamwork skills
