Job Requirements

  • You are 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • strong organizational skills
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • commitment to delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • prior customer service experience is favorable but not required
  • friendliness and positive attitude
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and manage seating arrangements
  • escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • manage reservations effectively
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
  • assist guests with initial inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • contribute to a positive dining atmosphere by coordinating with team members
  • ensure adherence to restaurant policies and safety standards
