Job Duties
- create legendary first impressions by warmly welcoming guests and efficiently managing seating arrangements
- greet guests with a friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables
- provide menus and ensure the dining room remains tidy and prepared for new arrivals
- manage reservations and maintain an organized dining environment
- assist guests with initial inquiries and provide outstanding guest service
- contribute to a seamless flow of service by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
