Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Maintain the dining room tidy and prepared for new arrivals
- Manage reservations and guest waitlists
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction during busy periods
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in addressing guest inquiries and special requests
