Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage guests with a warm smile and genuine conversation
  • Manage the lobby experience and coordinate guest seating with a sense of urgency
  • Create memorable first and last impressions while adhering to high hospitality standards
  • Facilitate seamless handoff of guests to service staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and dining area
  • Assist with answering guest questions and provide information about the menu or services
  • Support team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
