Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests with a warm smile and genuine conversation
- Manage the lobby experience and coordinate guest seating with a sense of urgency
- Create memorable first and last impressions while adhering to high hospitality standards
- Facilitate seamless handoff of guests to service staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and dining area
- Assist with answering guest questions and provide information about the menu or services
- Support team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
