Job Requirements

  • high-school graduate or GED equivalent
  • valid Arizona Food Handler's card
  • 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • good communication skills
  • ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to fifty pounds
  • ability to bend, squat, and work in well-lighted, temperature-controlled environments

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred
  • knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • good customer contact skills

  • ability to make sound, independent decisions

Job Duties

  • examine kitchen orders ensuring they contain all required items
  • prepare condiments for service
  • monitor food preparation and serving techniques to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • relay food orders to servers and deliver to tables when necessary
  • serve food and beverage to members when necessary
  • check with customers regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meal and take corrective action if needed
  • remove dishes including glasses, plates, silverware and barware from tables and place them in the kitchen for cleaning
  • maintain kitchen and dining work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • assist servers and bartenders when needed in serving patrons of the restaurant
  • support country club as needed doing training and other duties as assigned
  • perform special projects as assigned by management
