Job Requirements
- high-school graduate or GED equivalent
- valid Arizona Food Handler's card
- 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred
- knowledge of customer service principles
- good communication skills
- ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to fifty pounds
- ability to bend, squat, and work in well-lighted, temperature-controlled environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- examine kitchen orders ensuring they contain all required items
- prepare condiments for service
- monitor food preparation and serving techniques to ensure proper procedures are followed
- relay food orders to servers and deliver to tables when necessary
- serve food and beverage to members when necessary
- check with customers regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meal and take corrective action if needed
- remove dishes including glasses, plates, silverware and barware from tables and place them in the kitchen for cleaning
- maintain kitchen and dining work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- assist servers and bartenders when needed in serving patrons of the restaurant
- support country club as needed doing training and other duties as assigned
- perform special projects as assigned by management
