Job Requirements
- Previous relevant experience as a busser, server, or server assistant in a formal dining room
- Strong customer service background
- Strong knowledge of table service etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance, hygiene, and grooming
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours and bend occasionally

- Strong knowledge of table service etiquette, including how to clear, reset, and assist without interrupting guest conversations
- Excellent attention to detail and awareness of guest needs

- Comfortable working in a busy, high-pressure environment
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand for periods of up to 4 hours and able to bend and stoop occasionally
Job Duties
- Communicates with and assists managers and food servers to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Maintains cleanliness and restocks/organizes the front of the house area
- Prepares beverages required for lunch service
- Serves water, beverages, bread, butter/dip, and crudite to guests and provides refills as needed
- Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses
- Clears and cleans tables after guests leave and resets vacated tables
- Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dishwashing area
- Assists servers in serving hot beverages
- Moves/lifts chairs and tables as needed
- Other duties as assigned
