Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or GED equivalent
- valid Arizona Food Handler's card
- 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
- ability to bend and squat
- ability to work in a well-lighted, temperature-controlled environment
- ability to see and read fine print
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to adjust to varying schedules
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Remove dishes including glasses, plates, silverware and barware from tables and place them in kitchen and bar for cleaning
- wipe clean and set tables with clean silverware, napkins, condiments and other supplies
- scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning
- clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- maintain kitchen and dining work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations and refrigerators
- stock cabinets and serving areas with condiments, and refill condiment containers as necessary
- refill drinking glasses with water
- clean, sanitize and reset tables after meals
- maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
- keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by carpet sweeping
- assist servers with marking tables in between meal courses
- support country club as needed
- special project as assigned by management
