Job Requirements

  • High-school graduate or GED equivalent
  • valid Arizona Food Handler's card
  • 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
  • ability to bend and squat
  • ability to work in a well-lighted, temperature-controlled environment
  • ability to see and read fine print
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • willingness to adjust to varying schedules
  • ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High-school graduate or GED equivalent

Job Duties

  • Remove dishes including glasses, plates, silverware and barware from tables and place them in kitchen and bar for cleaning
  • wipe clean and set tables with clean silverware, napkins, condiments and other supplies
  • scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning
  • clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
  • maintain kitchen and dining work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations and refrigerators
  • stock cabinets and serving areas with condiments, and refill condiment containers as necessary
  • refill drinking glasses with water
  • clean, sanitize and reset tables after meals
  • maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
  • keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by carpet sweeping
  • assist servers with marking tables in between meal courses
  • support country club as needed
  • special project as assigned by management
