Job Requirements
- must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- must be able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- employment contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- answers the telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- checks with customers to ensure meal satisfaction and corrects problems
- collects payments from customers
- writes or enters food orders
- prepares checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- takes orders for food or beverages
- checks patrons' identification for alcoholic beverage consumption
- serves food or beverages and prepares specialty dishes at tables
- presents menus and answers menu questions
- cleans tables or counters after dining
- prepares hot, cold, and mixed drinks and chills wine bottles
- stocks service areas with supplies
- adheres to hygiene and dress guidelines
- follows company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time when scheduled
- knowledgeable of all menu items including bar
- accurately reports tip income
