Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- capable of crouching, stooping, climbing, occasionally crawling and kneeling
- ability to handle pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, chemicals, and hot water
- capable of pushing and pulling racks and carts weighing up to 150 pounds
- physically able to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing between 1 to 75 pounds constantly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- willingness to work in interior and exterior settings exposed to various temperatures and weather conditions
- ability to adhere to safety standards and report unsafe conditions promptly

Job Duties
- Help servers set up tables before opening
- help servers stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during and after each shift
- promptly clear and reset used tables
- remove dirty stock to dish area
- take soiled linen to laundry department for laundering
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
