Job Requirements

  • Must have a current Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit
  • Must have current ServSafe Food Handler's Certification
  • Must be TABC and Food Handler certified
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ownership in all tasks, consistently delivering service that creates guests for life
  • Exhibit creativity and innovation to successfully multitask while meeting multiple guest needs efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain awareness of all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members
  • Ensure products are fresh, of high quality, and presented according to standards
  • Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining room promptly, adhering to all service standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal guests, including greeting passersby
  • Clean and maintain a hygienic, organized work area at all times
