Job Requirements
- No formal education requirements
- Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently and 10 pounds constantly
- Must have visual acuity including depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Employment contingent upon successful pre-employment drug screen

- Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customers' names and address them when possible
- Assist customers by noting and passing along suggestions or requests
- Answer telephone promptly and provide helpful service
- Work as a team with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate cash register accurately and handle various payment transactions
- Redeem promotional coupons, receive cash, checks, and complete credit card charges
- Place merchandise in bags or boxes and give packages to customers
- Ensure adequate supply of silverware, condiments, and beverage cups
- Maintain coffee service area supplies
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and keep the work area clean and neat
- Adhere to personal hygiene, dress, and company policies
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- Assist with bussing tables and running orders to sit-down areas
- Perform other job-related duties as required
