Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in foodservice or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including meal periods
- Adherence to company dress code and hygiene policies
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness under strict sanitary conditions

- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Capability to stand and walk throughout shifts
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic food safety and hygiene awareness
- Willingness to follow management instructions and company standards
Job Duties
- Restock beverages and other items as needed
- Keep cereal dispensers full at all times
- Keep beverage area and dining room clean during service periods
- Make sure sufficient numbers of cups and glasses are present and remove empty glass racks
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner following Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Ensure soda machines are iced down before and after each service period and soak soda caps overnight
- Follow cleaning schedule and clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management regarding supplies
- Follow uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Adhere to Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Assist team members when possible
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
