Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
- Wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- Assists servers with food and beverage service
- Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Performs general cleaning tasks as assigned
- Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply
- Performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking stands
- Handles special guest requests and greets and seats guests as needed
