Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Must pass background investigation
- Must obtain and maintain a gaming license
- High energy and motivated personality
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Ability to pass departmental testing
- Must follow Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and TOGE internal controls consistently
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Recent food service and point of sale cash handling experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
- Knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and enforcement
- Knowledge of restaurant menu, bar items, liquors, and pricing
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Ability to communicate, read, and write basic English
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ability to work under stress in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and anticipate their needs
- Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service
- Ensure compliance with Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and TOGE internal controls
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas
- Train new team members
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Complete assigned side work and restock work areas
