Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Must pass background investigation
  • Must obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • High energy and motivated personality
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
  • Ability to obtain TIPS certification
  • Ability to pass departmental testing
  • Must follow Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and TOGE internal controls consistently
  • Ability to communicate in basic English
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Recent food service and point of sale cash handling experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
  • Knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and enforcement
  • Knowledge of restaurant menu, bar items, liquors, and pricing
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
  • Ability to obtain TIPS certification
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write basic English
  • Ability to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ability to work under stress in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and anticipate their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service
  • Ensure compliance with Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and TOGE internal controls
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas
  • Train new team members
  • Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
  • Complete assigned side work and restock work areas
