Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow instructions from management
- physical ability to perform cleaning and resetting tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Job Duties
- Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
- perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- work as a part of a team as well as complete assignments independently
- take instructions from Manager
- interact with co-workers, Managers, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner
- remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method
- reset tables at conclusion of each meal
- make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards
- properly set up server station per meal period
- keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc
- report all incidents (compliments/complaints) to Manager
- observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
- help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned
- work independently with little supervision
