Job Duties

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and hand-washing stations
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries and properly store perishable goods while rotating stock
use chemical detergents and disinfectants for cleaning dishware in three-compartment sinks
inspect, wash, sort, and re-wash silverware and utensils
empty trash bins and maintain trash disposal areas
clean and mop assigned departments and manage recycling by breaking down cardboard and disposing of glass appropriately
