Job Requirements
- Availability to work various shifts holidays and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
- Ability to stand sit or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift carry push pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions if needed
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and attitude
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables and deliver tableware utensils and drinkware to the dish room to be washed
- Reset tables for the next service
- Assist servers in refilling water glasses delivering food to tables and removing service items
- Restock utensils napkins condiments and other dining room essentials
- Move tables and chairs to accommodate guests’ needs and large parties
- Wipe tables and chairs sweep vacuum and mop floors
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
