Job Duties
- Cleans and sets tables in a proper manner
- replenishes all non-alcoholic beverages when needed
- maintains ice supply in server stations and bar
- stocks side stations with clean and polished wrapped silverware, napkins, straws, etc
- ensures furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications
- removes plates and silverware from tables throughout the meal
- transporting to the dish area
- assists coworkers and guests during the meal period
- assists in overall cleanliness of the restaurant including front of house and back of house
- runs food from the kitchen
- all other duties as assigned
