- three years experience as a cook required
- culinary school experience may substitute for years of experience

Job Duties
- Performs a variety of tasks in the preparation of meals
- interprets recipes
- cooks and assembles large volumes of food for the cafeteria, patient, and catering meals
- maintains food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborates with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal production
- assists in inventory management and stock rotation
- ensures compliance with organizational dietary guidelines
