Job Duties

  • Leading a dynamic team: manage hourly employees through performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • building a strong workforce: review applications, interview candidates, and assist in hiring recommendations for hourly positions
  • scheduling and task management: direct employee work, set schedules, and assign tasks for all operational hours
  • enhancing guest experiences: drive sales and improve guest satisfaction through exemplary service
  • training and development: provide, direct, and schedule comprehensive training for both Front of House and Back of House teams
  • quality control: oversee food production and preparation adherence to established recipes and procedures
  • maintaining standards: conduct regular formal Taste & Temps checks
  • ensuring safety: implement security measures to safeguard employees and guests
  • inventory management: manage food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory assessments
  • food safety compliance: understand and practice safe food handling procedures
  • creating a positive workplace: foster a safe, enjoyable, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operation objectives
