Job Duties
- Leading a dynamic team: manage hourly employees through performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- building a strong workforce: review applications, interview candidates, and assist in hiring recommendations for hourly positions
- scheduling and task management: direct employee work, set schedules, and assign tasks for all operational hours
- enhancing guest experiences: drive sales and improve guest satisfaction through exemplary service
- training and development: provide, direct, and schedule comprehensive training for both Front of House and Back of House teams
- quality control: oversee food production and preparation adherence to established recipes and procedures
- maintaining standards: conduct regular formal Taste & Temps checks
- ensuring safety: implement security measures to safeguard employees and guests
- inventory management: manage food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory assessments
- food safety compliance: understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- creating a positive workplace: foster a safe, enjoyable, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operation objectives
