Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a lead server
- Ability to maintain professionalism and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- 1 year in a lead server role
- Knowledgeable in team leadership roles
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Lead a team during service, assigning roles and working with the Dining Room Supervisor for continued success
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
- Perform dishwashing duties during shift as needed
