Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar
excellent communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
team player mindset

Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is ideal
communication skills to comfortably talk with strangers
ability to work well in a team environment
positive attitude with a focus on guest experiences
knowledge of hospitality industry standards
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Taking reservations for guests
opening the door for every guest, greeting and seating guests
maintaining the reservation book throughout the shift
being the proud host of a memorable experience and guiding guests on how to enjoy Punch Bowl Social
working alongside a team to provide a high level of hospitality
knowing the Punch Bowl Social brand to answer guest questions regarding food, beverage or other inquiries
cleaning and sanitizing lobby area and front doors every 30 minutes
answering phones and taking any take-out orders received
