- Experience in hospitality or healthcare dining preferred
- Ability to complete Oasis training
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Set up tables and dining areas before meals
- Take resident meal orders and ensure accuracy
- Track and deliver meals to residents with specific dietary needs
- Adhere to healthcare directives and safety protocols during meal service
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to understand and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Provide attentive, compassionate service to residents including those with cognitive challenges
- Participate in training programs such as Oasis to improve resident interaction and care
