Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years concierge or client relations experience in luxury hospitality or dining
- Proven experience servicing high-net-worth clients
- Capable of working flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with SaaS communication tools such as Zendesk preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a concierge or client service/relations executive in luxury hospitality or dining
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients to provide exclusive access and remarkable experiences
- Ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic work environments
- Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms preferred
- Passion for hospitality and dining industry
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with deep empathy
- Energetic, flexible, confident, and collaborative attitude
Job Duties
- Efficiently handle reservation requests for members securing reservations at top-tier Los Angeles restaurants
- Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized dining recommendations tailored to member preferences
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants ensuring priority access
- Collaborate with executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive dining offerings
- Stay informed about latest dining trends, new openings, and events
- Regularly update team on noteworthy culinary promotions and experiences
- Understand member needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams
