Job Requirements
- more than 2 years of bartending experience in high-end or high-volume settings
- solid knowledge of liquors wines and cocktail techniques
- ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- flexible availability especially during horse races and major events
- ability to lift 23 kg and stand for long periods
- positive optimistic attitude with a strong team spirit
- valid fayette county food handling license prior to first scheduled shift
- kentucky horse racing commission license provided upon hiring
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and serve artisanal cocktails wine and beer according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- maintain a clean organized and efficient bar before during and after service
- interact with customers professionally and warmly offering recommendations and sharing stories about cocktails
- ensure all garnishes syrups and preparation ingredients are stored properly
- comply with all health codes safety and sanitation procedures including proper measuring shaking technique and glassware handling
- prepare batch cocktails and contribute to bar efficiency
- support wine service standards including presentation and correct pouring technique
- communicate proactively with the team to maintain service flow
- uphold the values of keeneland tradition excellence and high-quality hospitality
