Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or dining preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand for extended periods
- pass a criminal background check
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- take orders for meals and serve elders and guests
- prepare and serve meals in compliance with dietary standards, policy, and procedures
- clean tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
- strictly adhere to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire safety, and sanitation procedures
- ensure appropriate snacks are available to elders with special dietary needs
- wash dishes and return food to proper storage
