Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- take meal orders and serve food and beverages to elders and guests
- clean tables and dining areas after meals
- prepare and serve meals in compliance with dietary standards, policies, and procedures
- clean kitchen areas, wash dishes, and store food properly
- adhere to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire safety, and sanitation procedures
- ensure appropriate snacks are available to elders with special dietary needs
