Job Requirements
- ability to pass a criminal background check
- ability to perform job duties with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience working in food service or dining environments is beneficial
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is an asset
- demonstrated compassion and patience when working with elderly populations
Job Duties
- serve elders and guests with kindness and professionalism
- take and accurately record meal orders
- prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines
- clean kitchen and dining areas including washing dishes
- adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures
- ensure availability of appropriate snacks for elders with special dietary needs
- support teamwork and effective communication within the dining services department
