Job Duties
- Serve elders and guests by taking orders for meals
- Prepare and serve meals in compliance with dietary standards, policy, and procedures
- Clean tables after meals
- Clean the kitchen and wash dishes
- Return food to proper storage
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Adhere strictly to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation procedures
