Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of server or bartender experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Servsafe and TIPs certifications

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of server or bartender experience
  • At least two years of food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Prior club experience is a plus
  • Passion for food and beverage operations and service excellence
  • Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Strong time and resource management skills
  • Flexible to work varied schedules including weekends and some holidays
  • Certifications such as Servsafe and TIPs preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and implement food and beverage programs to enhance the member experience
  • Assist in developing and executing education programs for members and employees including tastings, testing, and educational trips
  • Coordinate beverage series events and lead lesson plans for staff
  • Provide continuous beverage training and education to ensure industry-leading knowledge
  • Collaborate with Front of House leadership to coach and train new employees
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and sales representatives
  • Conduct monthly beverage inventory and organize storage
  • Support operations across fine and casual dining, bowling center, banquets, and culinary teams
