Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of server or bartender experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Must have or be willing to obtain Servsafe and TIPs certifications
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of server or bartender experience
- At least two years of food and beverage supervisory experience
- Prior club experience is a plus
- Passion for food and beverage operations and service excellence
- Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
- Strong time and resource management skills
- Flexible to work varied schedules including weekends and some holidays
- Certifications such as Servsafe and TIPs preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and implement food and beverage programs to enhance the member experience
- Assist in developing and executing education programs for members and employees including tastings, testing, and educational trips
- Coordinate beverage series events and lead lesson plans for staff
- Provide continuous beverage training and education to ensure industry-leading knowledge
- Collaborate with Front of House leadership to coach and train new employees
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and sales representatives
- Conduct monthly beverage inventory and organize storage
- Support operations across fine and casual dining, bowling center, banquets, and culinary teams
