Job Duties
- Deliver an unforgettable hospitality experience to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Become familiar with our menu to assist guests in selecting items and answering their questions
- Guide guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders and processing payments
- Understand the seating layout and how to effectively serve food within our restaurant
- Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
