Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience focused on conversion and revenue
- Experience with hospitality marketing platforms including Saber/Synxis, CRS, Cendyn/Revinate, and CRM
- Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Google Analytics
- Ability to manage marketing agencies and deliver successful digital campaigns
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Must reside in Los Angeles and be willing to travel by airplane
- Detail-oriented with capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with guest service focus
Job Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 3+ years in digital performance marketing with focus on conversion/revenue
- Experience in hotel marketing with systems including Saber/Synxis, CRS, Cendyn/Revinate and CRM
- Proficient knowledge of WordPress, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Google Analytics
- Experience in Airtable is a plus
- Experience managing marketing agencies and working with lifestyle brands
- Proven success managing high-performing websites
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Guest service mindset and collaborative attitude
- Based in Los Angeles and willing to travel via airplane
Job Duties
- Manage, update and audit all websites for The LINE Hotels, The Ned (US), and Saguaro Palm Springs
- Manage the design, development and deployment of all marketing campaigns and email communications using personalized and dynamic content to increase performance
- Manage digital marketing agency relationships to ensure success of Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising and PPC campaigns
- Collaborate with digital agency partners to identify SEO opportunities
- Collaborate with property Brand Experience Managers in planning marketing campaigns and special offers to ensure consistent and compelling experiences
- Maintain brand consistency and exceptional quality standards across guest-facing content
- Assist in developing content for editorial calendars and digital communication plans
- Manage third party digital sites (OTA's, OpenTable, Yelp) and brand representation on those platforms
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership
- Maintain existing analytics reports and develop new reports as needed
- Develop and analyze performance reports to communicate insights and recommendations across the organization
