Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business, marketing or related fields
- Four or more years of experience in digital, merchandising or marketing-related roles in eCommerce or retail companies
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous complex tasks
- Excellent decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train associates
- Organized and efficient with large volumes of tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing or related field
- Four or more years of experience in digital, merchandising or marketing roles within eCommerce or retail sectors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience coaching and training associates
- Organized and efficient in handling large volumes of tasks
- Experience with customer segments and data research is desirable
Job Duties
- Develop holistic digital experience plans based on customer insights, analytics and business priorities
- Manage robust experience calendar with key themes, events, and priorities
- Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly planning sessions amongst cross-functional digital, merchandising, marketing and eCommerce teams
- Ensure core digital experiences like homepage and navigation align with branding, marketing and enterprise priorities
- Partner with marketing to maintain holistic customer journey and brand narrative across digital channels
- Collaborate with product design and management to identify new innovation opportunities
- Work closely with site merchandising and site experience teams to optimize conversion rates and site performance
- Develop and analyze test and learn initiatives to improve digital experiences
- Manage cross-functional teams to meet timelines and collect necessary information for planning
- Research competitors and analyze market trends
- Demonstrate company’s core values in daily work activities
