Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently, accurately and with attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Confident working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft, Excel, and Adobe
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people both within the team and other departments
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Serving customers via telephone, live chat, or email and supporting digital banking products
  • Processing customer requests regarding debit and credit cards and handling card disputes
  • Processing incoming, outgoing, and international wire transfers
  • Processing daily ACH files for customers as they are submitted
  • Offering exceptional service to both internal and external customers
