Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • minimum one year of clerical support or administrative assistance experience
  • proficiency with computers and office equipment such as telephones, copiers, and scanners
  • demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to balance multiple priorities efficiently

Job Duties

  • Manage and update station website content
  • manage event listings and promotional information
  • draft social media posts and monitor engagement
  • provide timely responses on social media as directed
  • assist with traffic log data entry, verification, and scheduling
  • greet and provide customer service to visitors
  • answer and route telephone calls and take messages
  • accept incoming packages and prepare outgoing shipments
  • perform clerical functions such as filing, copying, and scanning
  • perform other duties as assigned
