Job Duties

  • Perform frequent audits of safety, sanitation, food quality, meal delivery at point of service
  • Encourage, educate and assist dietary employees in keeping a clean and sanitary workplace
  • Gather feedback about food and service by interviewing guests and patients
  • Monitor that therapeutic and mechanically altered diets are prepared appropriately
  • Maintain weekly operating expenses and ensure financial goals are met
  • Maintain organized records and receipts
  • Check inventory and oversee that the weekly food order is placed by sous chef
