Job Duties
- Perform frequent audits of safety, sanitation, food quality, meal delivery at point of service
- Encourage, educate and assist dietary employees in keeping a clean and sanitary workplace
- Gather feedback about food and service by interviewing guests and patients
- Monitor that therapeutic and mechanically altered diets are prepared appropriately
- Maintain weekly operating expenses and ensure financial goals are met
- Maintain organized records and receipts
- Check inventory and oversee that the weekly food order is placed by sous chef
