Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- must understand and follow written and oral directions
- sufficient mathematical ability to adjust recipes
- availability to work varied shifts including every other weekend
- physical ability to perform cleaning and food handling tasks

Job Duties
- perform food preparation and storage
- serve meals and snacks to patients and cafeteria customers
- clean and store dishes, utensils, and pots
- maintain general department sanitation
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist in catering services as needed
- relieve in other food service areas upon request
