Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in all phases of food service preparation and administration
- Experience supervising and training employees
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Ability to adhere to CAPLICO Core Values
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Commitment to resident rights and confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and quality control in food service
- Ability to manage staffing and scheduling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and resident rights policies
Job Duties
- Ensure CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct adherence at all times
- Ensure compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA policies
- Oversee efficient operation of the Dietary department
- Interview and hire prospective dietary staff
- Ensure all dietary positions are scheduled and covered
- Train new dietary staff and caregivers working in dining rooms
- Plan, coordinate, and implement special functions
- Exercise administrative and functional supervision over all dietary staff
