Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety standards
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Previous experience as a dietary server or dishwasher is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Serving meals to residents and guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Collaborating with dietary staff to ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Providing excellent customer service to residents with warmth and respect
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols
