Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- capability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work varying shifts including weekends
- basic understanding of dietary restrictions
- commitment to compassionate resident care

Job Duties
- prepare and serve therapeutic diet meals to residents
- set up trays and serve meals in Health Center Dining Rooms
- prepare snack items and accommodate special food requests for events
- engage with residents empathetically and respectfully
- maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in food preparation and serving areas
- collaborate with staff to ensure excellent dining experiences
- contribute to a compassionate and supportive team environment
