Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents with attention and care
- Assist residents as needed during meal times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely meal service
- Follow health and safety regulations during food handling and service
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Support the hospitality and comfort needs of the assisted living community
