Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in dietetics or high school diploma with certified dietary manager certification
  • Certified dietary manager (CDM)
  • Three years of demonstrated food service operations experience

  • Registered Dietitian (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality food service, nutritional care, and dietary support services for guests and residents
  • Maintain resident and guest relationships through personal follow-up visits, meal rounds, and resident interviews to ensure menu satisfaction
  • Prepare alternate menu selections to meet resident preferences
  • Manage food preparation, production, and distribution in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Lead and supervise dietary staff to maintain operational efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet the nutritional needs of residents
